• Accept online donations on your behalf
• Process mobile check uploads and paper checks
• Process employer-matched donations
• Deposit checks made out to your organization

• Fundraiser still active + donation made in error → refund possible
• Fundraiser has ended → no refund
• Disputes only apply if unauthorized use of your payment card is proven

If you notice fraudulent card activity, contact your card provider immediately.

You keep ownership of anything you submit. But by submitting content, you give us a license to use it to operate the platform (copy, display, distribute, translate, etc.).

Your submissions must not:

• Defame, harass, or threaten anyone
• Include obscene, illegal, or infringing material
• Violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by My Donate Page or its suppliers. You may not copy, resell, or modify it without written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Using the site constitutes consent to receive electronic communications from us.

Automated data extraction of any kind is prohibited unless you have a written license agreement with us. Specifically, you may not:

• Use bots, crawlers, or scripts to extract data
• Use browser plugins or add-ons for scraping
• Access the site via a VPN
• Deep-link to our pages without consent (except to promote your fundraiser)
• Override any security or access control features
• Distribute data obtained from the site without our consent

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be handled in Nevada courts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Donate Page, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We may also update these terms at any time — the most current version always applies.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Here’s how:
